Hello, my name is Casey! 

Casey was very thin when we first got her.  She has filled out very nicely and has a beautiful coat that is an unusual brindle color.  She is a very sweet and sensitive girl who likes to cuddle.  She gets along with big dogs and medium sized dogs.  She gets along very well with her two other female dogs in the household.  I am not sure if she gets along well with small dogs or not.  She also gets along fine with cats and does not chase or growl or otherwise pay them any attention when they walk by.  Casey was heartworm positive and had a heavy case of them and is now undergoing treatment for them.  She has done remarkably well and is scheduled to go for her second and third shot on September 14th.  She is a very smart girl and already knows "sit", "shake", and "down".  She is very eager to please and learns quickly.  Casey should be ready to adopt around the middle of October.
