Hello, my name is Marcus!

Marcus is the sweetest foster dog his fosters say they've ever had!  He is a very gentle boy and extremely handsome!  He is good with other dogs and LOVES people!  He showed no reaction when a cat growled at him at the shelter. He loves playing with his foster's female German Shepherd, is wonderful with their 20 month old grandson, and is excellent with their 87 year old mother-in-law. He loves cheese, especially Swiss and American, and takes it gently right from the mother-in-law's hand.  He loves being petted, and is very affectionate!  And he walks beautifully on a leash!  He has a cute way of pouting by dropping his head and looking up at you when you want to put him in a crate in the car, but he goes right in and rides perfectly.  Marcus did not know what a toy was when he arrived, but now he has a toy box, and loves to pull his toys out of the box and play with them. This boy is a gentle spirit, and beautiful inside and out, and to quote his foster parents, "He has a lot to give some wonderful family."
